Education/Postgraduate Clinic
SERVICES PROVIDED
Within the Dental School's graduate clinics, residents provide patient
care under the supervision of faculty dentists. The Graduate Dental
clinics at UTHSCSA provides advanced treatment in the areas of general
dentistry, dental diagnostic science, endodontics, oral and maxillofacial
surgery, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, and prosthodontics.
HOW TO BECOME A PATIENT
You may be referred to one of our Advanced Education Clinics by our
screening clinic or you may call them directly(list
of important phone numbers).Some patients may be referred to a
graduate dental clinic from the undergraduate teaching program if
their case is deemed too time consuming or complex.
HOURS OF OPERATION
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Monday to Friday
PAYMENT POLICY
Fees may be paid in the form of cash, check or credit card. The Advanced
Education Clinics accept insurance as well as Medicare and Medicaid
and will file your claim for you. For patients without dental insurance,
the clinic policy is that payment is due on the date services are
provided. Some Advanced Education Clinics and Tertiary Care Clinics
have billing arrangements allowing for greater flexibility. |
